A twist guide designed for ‘close-centres’ intermediate bar and (conventional) wire rod finishing trains. The reduced length of this guide permits installation in restricted positions. The guide has the same secure adjustment feature as other series of Hollteck twister guides.

Guide body is manufactured from stainless steel or SG ductile iron castings.

• Simultaneous single point adjustment of twister roller centres.
• Accurate control of twist over short mill stand centres 8’-0” (2.44m) or less.
• Nitrided steel wear parts for long life.
• High capacity taper roller bearings. Deep groove ball bearings are employed for high-speed operation.
