TD - Trough Delivery

A simple delivery guide for the roughing mill stands. The TD (Trough Delivery) guide may be equipped with ‘stripper’ guides to the top and bottom roll passes. The guide width can be varied by the use of ‘stripper’ shoes or spacers. The design may vary based on the client’s requirements.

• Stripper blade to suit different product sizes.
• Body made from fabricated steel, cast steel or cast SG iron.
• Wear pads can be fitted to the internal profile.
• Tie bolts when using the adjustable width ‘Split Style’.
